Your Home Should Match the Local Climate

Here in South Florida, it's important that you design a home that matches local weather conditions. Meaning, while it may look trendy and modern to have floor to ceiling windows, you'll have to understand that they are likely to zap the air conditioning you are cranking to cool your home.

Think of the money you can save by positioning windows away from direct sunlight, or my doubling the insulation in the attic to prevent air escaping.
